3. Is it possible to book a room in a hotel in Saint-Petersburg through this web-site but pay for the room in the hotel on arrival to Petersburg?

Yes, it is possible, we advise you to contact the hotel’s reception after the booking to confirm details for one - two days up to your arrival. Also, if you want to make an advance payment you can contact hotel’s reception for invoice.

5. What time can we check-in or check-out?

Check in is after 2:00 pm (in the case your room is already ready, we can accommodate you even earlier). Check out is within 12:00 midday (in case you need to check out later, you can ask for availability at the reception).

6. Where can I leave my bags after checking out?

Usually you can leave them in our complimentary baggage deposit.

7. Is there a shuttle service to and from the airport?

We don't have a shuttle service, but you contact your hotel or hostel and they can furnish a car service to and from the Airport or Train Station as well as other excursions around the St. Petersburg area.
